Delivery Policy

• Orders can be submitted online or by phone 705 728 9090  ext. 42431 

• Orders submitted after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next day.

• Orders that are submitted on Saturday, Sunday or Statutory Holidays will be processed the next business day.

• FREE SHIPPING (see Local Pickup below for details) on all orders picked up at Victoria's Gift Shop at RVH. Pick-up time:  Monday to Friday between 10a.m. and 3p.m.

Victoria's Online Gift Shop @ RVH offers complimentary delivery to patients and staff located at 201 Georgian Drive, Barrie, ON.  Please provide the patients' name in the space provided at check-out.

Please note that due to the current precautions surrounding infection prevention & control, items will be dropped off at the unit's nursing station instead of being taken directly to the room by our staff.

Currently flowers are not permitted in ICU, or Cancer Palliative. 

Local Pick-up

There is now a free Pickup option in our Checkout!

When checking out, choose "Pickup" instead of "Ship" on the Information screen.

Currently due to COVID-19 restrictions, visitors are not permitted inside RVH. If you have placed an order for pickup but are not able to come inside, we can come out to you!

You will receive an email when your items are ready for pickup, and our staff will contact you directly to arrange a pickup time.

 Drive up the ramp to the circular driveway at the Atrium doors and park in one of the drop-off parking spaces. One of our staff will be out at the appointed time to bring your items to your car.

You must have a copy of your order confirmation in order to pick up the items. This is for your benefit as we do not want to deliver items to the wrong customer!

 International Shipping: Currently we are unable to support automated international shipping through our online shop.
