Patient delivery and curbside pickup are available Monday to Friday 10 am to 3 pm. Customers will be contacted to arrange day and time. Flowers are not permitted in the hospital at this time.

REFUND POLICY

  • We offer a return on merchandise if you notify us by email at giftshop@rvh.on.ca or by telephone 705 728-9090 Ext. 42431 within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

  • When you notify us, we will give you a Return Authorization Number and this number must be included with the returned item, for the refund to be processed.

  • All return shipping charges and any other associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Products must be in original condition, unwashed, with original tags attached and receipt. The original shipping charges paid by the customer are not refundable.

  • There is no refund or exchange on:  Books, Flowers, Food Items,  Pierced Earrings, Reading Glasses, Slippers off the card, PPE or Seasonal Merchandise.
