Q: When I shop at Victoria's Gift Shop, in person or online, does the money I spend help the hospital?
A: Absolutely! Proceeds from Victoria's Gift Shop and our online store support patient care at RVH.
Q: Do you ship to Canada, the United States, or internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within Canada.
Q: If I make a purchase, is it a final sale?
A: We offer a return on merchandise if you notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 705 728 9090 Ext 42431 within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will give you a return authorization number. This number must be included with the returned item, or no refund will be given. All shipping charges and any other associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer. There is no refund or exchange on: Books, Flowers, Food Items, Pierced Earrings, Reading Glasses, Slippers off the card, Phone Accessories or Seasonal Merchandise.

Q: Why do you ship via Purolator?
A: Purolator is our most economical shipping method.
Q: Do you deliver to patients within the hospital?
A: Yes, we do! Gifts are delivered by one of our friendly volunteers or staff. Please include the patient's name and location in the space provided at checkout. Minimum purchase of $20 (before taxes) required.
Please note that flowers and plants are never permitted in
I.C.U., NICU or Cancer Palliative.
